Why are parents using Viettel unable to contact the school via phone?

We’ve been made aware of an issue where parents using Viettel are unable to contact the school. Please note, this is an external issue with our service provider, SPT, and not something we can resolve internally. For more details, please refer to the attached email from SPT explaining the situation. We appreciate your understanding and patience as they work to restore service.

Dear Customers,
Saigon Post and Telecommunication Services Joint Stock Company (SPT) would like to send our sincere greetings and thanks to our customers for trusting and using SPT's services.
Recently, due to issues related to invoice issuance, SPT Company has encountered difficulties in collecting receivables, and SPT Company's cash flow has been significantly affected. This has led to SPT Company being late in paying the number usage fee. For the above reason, the Department of Telecommunications issued a notice to withdraw the telecommunications number, leading to the signal connection between SPT and Viettel being interrupted in recent days.
Up to now, SPT has issued invoices and completed the payment of the number usage fee. Currently, SPT Company is continuing to carry out the necessary procedures with the Department of Telecommunications and network operators to soon restore the service.
Once again, SPT would like to send our most sincere thanks and apologies to our customers. We look forward to receiving your understanding.
