When submitting a ticket, please ensure you select the appropriate departments based on your requirements. Here are the key departments involved:

  • Facilities Booking: Manages event scheduling, venue availability, and room assignments. This requires the involvement of multiple teams, including Catering and Decor Services, Photographer, IT, Facility Maintenance, Grounds, and/or Cleaning Services.
  • Catering & Decor Services: Coordinates food and beverage arrangements, event styling, table setups, and decor.
  • Communications: Provides event photography, videography, and media services.
  • IT: Ensures technical support, audio-visual equipment, and IT infrastructure.
  • Facility Maintenance: Handles maintenance requests such as repairs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues, and structural support.
  • Grounds: Manages outdoor setup, gardening, landscaping, and equipment movement.
  • Cleaning Services: Takes care of cleaning and sanitization of school campus.
