If you are having trouble accessing and opening specific chats in your Gmail, try clearing the cache for your browser to address this:

For Safari on Mac:

1. Open Safari.
2. In the top menu, click on "History."
3. Select "Clear History."
4. Choose "all history" from the dropdown.
5. Click "Clear History."

For Google Chrome on Mac:

1. Open Chrome.
2. Press Command + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.
3. Ensure "Cached images and files" is selected.
4. Click "Clear data."

After clearing the cache on your browser, please restart it and try accessing the Gmail chat again.
